Scripts
The Scripts section is where you read, manage, and compare your screenplays. It’s the first place most users go after uploading a script.
What You’ll Find Here
Episode Panel
On wider screens (900px+), a panel on the left side lists all episodes in your project. Each episode can be expanded to show its scripts and revisions. From here you can:
- Select an episode to load its scripts.
- Click a specific revision to view it.
- Add new episodes.
- Rename or archive episodes.
- Access script settings.
- View and restore archived episodes and revisions.
Script Viewer
The main area displays the screenplay in proper screenplay format (Courier Prime font, industry-standard layout). The viewer includes:
- A header with episode info, version selector, and action buttons.
- The script body rendered with scene headings, action, dialogue, and transitions.
- A footer with scene/page navigation and continuity warnings access.
Revision Management
Every time a new draft arrives, upload it as a revision. Revisions are tracked with color labels following the industry standard (White, Blue, Pink, Yellow, Green, etc.). Switch between revisions using the version pill in the header.
Revision Comparison
Compare any two revisions side-by-side or scene-by-scene to see exactly what changed between drafts.
Comments
Add scene-level comments to discuss specific parts of the script with your team.
Continuity Warnings
After running a continuity check, review warnings about time-of-day inconsistencies, location logic issues, and script structure problems.
