Exporting Schedules
Exporting Schedules
Schedule exports live in the Reports section. SceneItAll generates schedule documents from your active scenario — pick the format that matches what you need to send out.
Where to Find Each Export
| Format | Where it lives |
|---|---|
| One-Liner | Reports → One-Liner |
| Full Fat Schedule | Reports → Full Fat Schedule |
| Day Out of Days (DOOD) | Reports → DOOD, or Schedule DOOD for the working view |
| Call Sheet (per day) | Reports → Call Sheet |
| Daily Production Report | Reports → Daily Production Report |
Each report has its own Export PDF button. Some reports also support email distribution and shareable links — see the per-report guides for details.
Project-Wide PDF Settings
Every PDF export uses the project’s PDF chrome configuration (header, footer, title page). Set this once via the PDF Settings icon at the top right of the Reports section. See Reports overview.
Tips
- Export after locking your scenario to ensure the distributed schedule matches the finalized version.
- The One-Liner is the most commonly distributed format for daily use — compact, easy to fit on a few pages.
- Use the Full Fat Schedule for department heads who need to see element details alongside the schedule.
- Switch scenarios in the top-right scenario selector (in Reports) before exporting if you want to compare alternative shoot orders.
