These Terms of Service are the agreement between you and the SceneItAll team, based in the Netherlands ("SceneItAll", "we", "us"), covering your use of the SceneItAll application and website. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
SceneItAll is currently operated as an unincorporated project while we complete company formation; we will update these details with our registered company information at that time.
Who can use SceneItAll
You must be at least 16 and able to form a binding contract. If you use SceneItAll for an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms on its behalf.
Your account
Sign-in is handled by our identity provider, Clerk. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly at hello@sceneitall.pro if you suspect unauthorised use.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- access or extract data from accounts or projects that are not yours;
- circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of the service;
- deceive or defraud us or other users, or impersonate anyone;
- upload malware or any hidden data-collection mechanism;
- disrupt or place an undue burden on the service or its infrastructure;
- harass, threaten, or abuse other users or our staff;
- use the service in breach of any applicable law or regulation.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules, without notice where necessary.
Your content and rights
You keep ownership of the scripts, files, and production data you put into SceneItAll. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and display that content so we can provide the service. You are responsible for having the rights to upload your content, including the personal data of cast, crew, and other people you add — for that personal data you are the controller and we act as your processor (see our Privacy Policy and our data processing terms, available on request).
AI-assisted features
AI features produce suggestions to speed up your work. They can be wrong or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on it, and it is not professional, legal, or safety advice.
Plans, credits, and payment
Paid plans and credits are billed through Stripe, and charges are described at the point of purchase. We may change prices or plans, and will give reasonable notice of changes that affect you. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase.
Refunds and cancellation
You can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing hello@sceneitall.pro. Cancellation stops future charges; we generally do not provide pro-rated refunds for a period already paid, except where the law requires it or we agree otherwise. When you cancel, we delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Beta service
SceneItAll is offered during a beta period. Features may change, be limited, or be temporarily unavailable while we improve the product, and we may add, change, or remove features over time.
Availability and disclaimers
We work hard to keep SceneItAll available and reliable, but the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, SceneItAll will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product and the law evolve. We will change the date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app or by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, and the competent courts of the Netherlands have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
