What is SceneItAll?
SceneItAll is a web-based platform built for film and television production teams. It brings script management, scene breakdowns, crew coordination, scheduling, production reports, and AI-powered analysis into one place, so your team can work from a single source of truth.
Who is it for?
SceneItAll is designed for the people who keep productions running:
- Script Supervisors — Track revisions, compare script versions, and catch continuity issues before they reach set.
- Assistant Directors — Break down scenes, manage cast and crew availability, build strip boards, and generate daily call sheets.
- Production Coordinators — Organize crew directories, share crew lists, and keep contact information up to date.
- Producers — Oversee the production from a high level with episode management, dashboard KPIs, and project-wide visibility.
- Department Heads — Review scene breakdowns relevant to their department and track element requirements.
What can you do with it?
Manage Scripts
Upload screenplays in industry-standard formats — Final Draft (.fdx), Fountain, Highland, Celtx, PDF, Word (.docx), RTF, and plain text (.txt). SceneItAll parses your script and organizes it by episode, making it easy to read, navigate, and share with your team. When new drafts arrive, upload them as revisions with color-coded labels that follow the industry-standard revision color system.
Compare Revisions
When a new revision lands, compare it side-by-side with any previous version. SceneItAll highlights what changed — added lines, removed lines, and modifications — so you can quickly see what’s different without reading the entire script again.
Break Down Scenes
The breakdown view lets you tag every element in a scene: cast members, props, vehicles, wardrobe, special effects, and more than 20 other element types in total. You can also let the AI detect elements automatically and review its suggestions before applying them.
Organize Cast and Crew
The crew section gives you a full cast list (with agencies, managers, and measurements), a crew directory (organized by department), and an availability calendar. Generate mailing lists for daily call sheets, and export the crew directory to PDF or Excel.
Schedule and Report
Build strip-board schedules with scenarios, day groups, banners, and conflict detection. Generate call sheets, sides, DPR, DOOD, one-liners, department lists, and full-fat schedules from the Reports section.
AI-Powered Analysis
SceneItAll’s AI can:
- Detect elements in your script automatically (props, wardrobe, vehicles, etc.)
- Check continuity across scenes (time of day, location logic, script day assignments)
- Suggest scene splits when a single scene should be broken into multiple setups
- Generate synopses for each scene
- Translate screenplay text into 59 supported languages
All AI results go through a review step — you accept, reject, or modify suggestions before they’re applied.
