Exporting Breakdowns

The breakdown’s own export is coming soon — the Export button in the breakdown overview toolbar is currently disabled with a “Coming soon — export this scene” tooltip. Schedule and crew documents that summarize the breakdown are available now via the Reports section.

Script PDF Export

The script can be exported from the script viewer (separate from the breakdown):

  1. In the script viewer, click the PDF download button in the header.
  2. A toast notification appears: “Generating PDF…”
  3. The PDF is generated on the server and downloaded to your browser.

The PDF is formatted as a standard screenplay with proper page layout, Courier font, and industry-standard margins. The export uses the currently selected revision — switch revisions before exporting if you need a different version.

Breakdown-Adjacent Exports

Several Reports pull from the breakdown data:

  • Department Lists — Filtered breakdown by element category (props, wardrobe, etc.). See Department lists.
  • Cast Info Sheet — Per-cast measurements and elements. See Cast info sheet.
  • Sides — Script pages for shooting days, characters, or elements, optionally with synopses and element tags. See Sides.
  • Schedule (One-Liner / Full Fat) — Day-by-day schedule with breakdown elements. See Reports overview.
  • DOOD — Cast availability matrix. See DOOD and DOOD export.
