Crew
The Crew section is a five-tab workspace for managing everyone involved in your production — from principal cast to department crew, availability tracking, and communication lists.
The Five Tabs
| Tab | What it does |
|---|---|
| Cast List | Manage actors, their characters, agencies, managers, and measurements |
| Crew List | Manage crew members organized by department, with roles and contact info |
| Departments | Manage departments and the positions within each department |
| Availability | Monthly calendar showing who’s available on which dates |
| Mailing List | Generate email distribution lists for cast and crew |
Getting There
Click Crew in the sidebar. The crew section loads with the Cast List tab active by default. Click any tab to switch between views.
