Managing Days
Managing Days
Shoot days are the building blocks of your schedule. Each day has a number, an optional calendar date, a type, and a set of strips representing the scenes to be filmed that day.
Creating a Day
- Click “Add Shoot Day” in the strip board toolbar.
- Fill in the day details:
- Day number — Sequential number (auto-incremented from the last day).
- Calendar date — The actual date this day will shoot (optional).
- Day type — The kind of day (see below).
- Crew call — The time the crew is expected on set.
- Primary location — The main filming location for the day.
- Notes — Any additional information.
- Click Create.
You can also add a day when the strip board is empty by clicking the “Add Day” prompt.
